Flight MA240 from Budapest (BUD), Hungary to Beirut (BEY), Lebanon with 10 crew and 50 passengers. The aircraft crashed into the sea while approaching Beirut. First flight : 1974. Cause : undetermined

Flight 418 from Malabo (SSG), Equatorial Guinea to Tripoli, Libya with 10 crew and 35 passengers. Approaching Malabo airport the aircraft collided at 750m height with the south slope of Mount San Carlos at Bioko Island. First flight : 1975 Cause : could not established, there was a suspection the MSRP-12 radar may have failed, resulting the aircraft deviating from its correct course.

Friday 2 December 1977 Libyan Arab airlines Tupolev Tu-154A leased from Balkan Bulgarian Airlines for pilgrim flights to Mecca, LZ-BTN c/n 74A054.
Flight from Jeddah (JED), Saudi Arabia to Benghazi (BEN), Lybia with 6 crew and 159 passengers. Could not land on Benghazi due to heavy fog. The crew could not locate the alternate airfield and ran out of fuel. They had to make a forced landing.
